COMPASS CARDS ARE HERE!

GET ON BOARD WITH THE REUSABLE, RELOADABLE TRANSIT SMART CARD

Compass Cards are now available and COASTER and Premium Express Bus customers are the first in line to use the latest in smart card technology for transit. By fall 2009, all monthly paper passes for Metropolitan Transit Agency (MTS) and North County Transit District (NCTD) will be replaced with the Compass Card. 

SANDAG Privacy Policy

To purchase your COASTER or Premium Express Bus pass on Compass Card:

• Purchase online
• At a Ticket Vending Machine at any rail station
• Call SANDAG at 511 and say "Compass" to speak to a customer service center representative
• Go to MTS Transit Store or NCTD Transit Centers

The SPRINTER/BREEZE pass and the Regional Pass for MTS bus and Trolley will be on Compass Card starting this summer.
