This Smart Parking Research Pilot Project was implemented at the Carlsbad and Encinitas North County Transit District COASTER train stations from June 2010 to September 2011 in an effort to deliver an effective parking management system. Findings from the QuickPark program, including its application, delivery, and use during implementation, will be available in early 2012 and posted to this Web page.
